Phone number harassing people via text

Called saying they where from PNC BANK

Called and wanted credit card number

Fraud/Scam - posed as my bank to try and gain access to my accounts.

I was calling American Airlines to book a trip and someone called me back from this number insulting, harrasing and threatening because I didnt buy the tickets with them. Also started sending me texts. The person also was calling from 202-933-3551.

I received a midnight phone call from this number and thecaller (male) attempted to commit FRAUD via my financial institution. He represented himself as someone at my financial institution, as well as changing the caller ID information (his number and name) to reflect my financial institution. He then proceeded to send me a text attempting to have me connect with him for more information about my credit card. I have contacted my baking department, but I think you should know that this person is committing a federal crime, and should be held accountable.

They are saying this is Amazon and they are trying to stop a purchase made on our credit card

This call was a scam to upgrade tv cable software
