Scamer looking to take your money

Received "Hello" message by text from this number. Unknown, and not identified as to a user on Spokeo

When they contacted me and left a voice mail they said they were from NYSHE. When I called the number back they told me they were Fast Cash Loan Services.

Someone is using this phone number to commit rent scam or possible identity theft. They are taking legitimate offers to purchase homes and advertising them for rent at a ridiculously low price. People are being asked to fill out a rental application. Don't know how this information is being used.
