Want to know where this call is coming from

Who ever it was just listens in creepy kind of way, the number though is totally unfamilar

have been calling for about a week! can hardly understand them! got my wife al upset! told me i needed a lawyer but things changed when i started asking ? call the bbb. they need an address & name! i called back, ask those ?,s after i cust them out and they haug up on me?

I have received a very threatening call from this number and in fact filed a police report of "threatening and harassing" against this caller. They represented them selves as a goverenment agency, which in fact is not true. They would not identify themselves and hung up when I requested the individuals name, company, and to speak to a supervisor and he immediately hung up.
