I changed my cell phone number and was trying to figure out how to enter my new number on my paypal account when a message popped up saying something like having trouble changing your number? We can help so i clicked on the nilumber and a lady answered and introduced herself as Jessica. She then had me download an app from the play store called Iperius Remote Desktop i'm not sure but i think it allowed her to see what i was seeing on my screen. She then said in a very concerned tone "sir wr are detecting someone trying to break into my PayPal account at this very minute" and she asked me if there was any money in my account and i said yes thrre was $150.42 in my account. She then said they were going to move my money into a safe account until they were done then put it right back into my account she then put a man on the phone she said wss her supervisor after about 5 minutes he put her back on the phone and a couple of minutes laater she said "ok sir we have you all set up now' i asked her how i would be able to access my money she then said they were going to put it back into my account and said i would need to turn my phone off for 5 minutes snd when i turn it back on the money would be back in my account ehen i turned my phone back on there was no money in my account i immediately called the number back but got a recording saying that number was out of service or not a working number.
