Very aggressive, pushy, claiming 4 times my names came up from unnamed person to help him buy home, everyone he knows is high profile, Larry Ellison/Oracle is my 1st cousin, I speak with him 3 times a day, owns island, divorcing wife who stole 300million from him, slept with daughter of judge, judge stepped down, he wants to buy a home and a separate horse property, build out of glass with Larry Ellison financing, within minutes in love with voice, states he hates realtors, claims he loves me in 2 hours, next breath accuses me of deceptive advertising because photo is not recent, says he is 70 yrs old, speaks quickly, says he recorded all calls, when I didn't go for his proposal to sell his lingerie overseas to open new markets, wouldn't open his 25 emails of his lingerie designs, threats & insults spewed. Loser. Wasted 26 hours of my life & energy speaking to him.
