Please ban this phone number, harrasment

The man who called from this number identified himself as David Grant of Wells Fargo bank and said that I had just won 18.5 million dollars. I had to pay $950 dollars to them now to receive this money and they wanted me to give them two Walmart cards for this amount. I report their fraudulent activity in hopes that someone else is not scammed.

Criminal Fraud Auto Warranty. I have attempted to speak with supervisors and this is useless. I hope the FBI finds these people and puts them away for good.
