Harassment texting inappropriate messages I dont know this person

I met this individual on eDate and he claims to live in Brooks, KY. However, I knew the phone number wasn't from this area. That doesn't really mean anything, but after he asked for my email address after he already had my phone number, I became suspicious. There isn't anyone by his name living in Brooks, KY. And since I sent him my email address. I haven't heard from him. I should have listened to my instincts. Thank God I checked him out sooner than later.

Keeps making subtle hints that he has alot of money and regulary has to go to the UK where his corporate office is located.

This is worse than a telemarketer. They are claiming there is a fraudulent withdrawal from an account that I don't have.

I received a message on my cell about fraudulent activity on a card with a number that I don't have. Does complaining here do any good???
