Repeatedly called after stating not interested

Unidentified person sending false accusations

I believe these people posed as part of my computer security company (webroot) and since I recognized them as setting up my initial program only became suspicious when they began to ask for information they should not have, so cut them off, but found some charges that I did not authorize. It took days to change passwords, do not store anything anymore and had charges to me taken off my credit card. They set up my Webroot Security, but were not working for them anymore.
