Stalker, unwanted text messages

Received a call from this number, male, stating he was calling from Harris County Sheriff Office. He said his name was Deputy Terry. I ask for his first name and he was very hesitant to give it to me. He said his name was Deputy Tommy Berry and began to ask me question about my real estate property. I strongly feel he's a fraud and will report him to the authority.
