Scam asking for money fake cartel

A supposed Amazon employee told me that this was my phone number for free Amazon Support. Something doesn't smell right. I paid this Amazon person $194.46 for a special 3-year Prime membership at a 50% reduction in cost. I think this is a scam. I just called the number and someone answered "How may I help you?' I said I wanted my Amazon account to show that I had paid for 3 years. He said it will be confirmed in 72 hours. So we will see. I am still suspicious of a PayPal invoice I paid with no mention of Amazon on the invoice.

Called at 1:30am. Did not leave a message, not a number that I recognized...not family or friend.
