Sometimes the hang up - sometimes they repeatedly ask me to say who I am, they come up as potential spam - and from several different 832-838 number's - this was todays number that they used.

CRYSTAL JONES as she presented herself...that there was a claim lawsuit against me..that she needed to confirm my address so the firm could have papers served to me...but she wouldn't give me my address, she wanted me to give it to her....she said I needed to call the # 855-328-8204(it's a West Palm Beach,FL#),...she called me also from 561-935-9671 and 319-429-7626....words got heated...I called the phone company to report her & all #'s she kept calling me from and on the last call I let her know ....[ I get an "anonymous/unavailable" phone call and they expect me to give them personal info about me?..I will confirm what you have but don't expect me to volunteer anything else..you say you have my address, then mail me the info so I can review it. ]..I know I can file charges against this woman here in TX & the"firm" in West Palm Beach,FL..with the FTC, Attorney General's office both in TX & FL, and both Better Business Bureaus (which I am just finished doing)....DO NOT ALLOW THESE "COLLECTORS/TELEMARKETERS" USE THEIR SCARE TACTICS/SCAMS TO GET ANY PERSONAL INFO ON YOU THEY ARE FISHING FOR..FILE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM...[ I HAVE A COMMON NAME....IN THE THOUSANDS]....fyi the 855-328-8204 goes to NATIONWIDE CLAIMS PROCESSING DEPT....the guy who answered said they process claims...
