I can't get these people to stop calling me!!! Don't know what to do. They say they are Anne from account services wanting to lower the interest rate on my cc, but when I actually speak to someone and ask for them to put me on the do not call list, they hang up. Then I call them back and either it is busy or they say to push 1 to be on the do not call list, which I do but they still call up to 10 times a day. I actually was thinking of doing it and then they asked me for money up front, so it's definitely a scam

They say , Hi, I'm Anne from account services and due to new government regulations we can lower your interest rates on your cc to 4.9%, then they want money up front to do it!! Scam!!!1 They call me up to 10 times a day even though I call back and put myself on the do not call list. Otherwise the number is busy
