Harassing my family and friends. Looking to press charges for harassment.

continously calls asking for 2 different people

Fake.says collecting for payday loan. Would not provide any information regarding debt. Said had to pay or will be sued for debt. Would not give their name, said they were an arbitration dept

will you please stop these calls. I don't know who the are. calls are everyday.and all times of the day.

These folks are calling me and my parents threatening about a debt that I supposedly owe from 2012, which is false. I contacted my attorney general's office filed a complaint. There isn't much I can do since I don't have an address. I would sue them for harassment if I did.

These people won't state clearly who they are or give clear information about who they are collecting for. They're rude, unprofessoonal, and make lots of threats.

They are calling my mother who is sick with dementia and also they are so rude and when you ask for information from them they hangs up on you
