Leaves no message and when trying to call this phone number back I get a recording saying this number has been disconnected. What is going on and how can I stop it!

This number calls me, but there is silence when I pick up.

They keep leaving the last half of a message on my cell phone.

My cell number is on a no call list

Called received at 1:25 p.m. today. Recorded message re: air duct cleaning. When I picked up phone and press button to hear about services (not really interested, just wanted to find out who was calling), asked name of company. Very young sounded female mumbled name - asked her to repeat it - sounded like "Illinois Airduct Cleaning." She sounded like she was making up the name or didn't wanted to provide it as she mumbled and said name very quickly. She aggressively asked me if I was interested in services. When I asked her location of company, she rudely hung up on me. I'm on DNC list - sick of these people invading my privacy and peace of mind in my own home!

That is interesting as the call I received from this number wanted to improve my indoor air quality. Either way they should not be calling.

It's from a "private" investigation service in Illinois often associated with debt collection. http://dawhois.com/www/arkus-investigations.com.html
