tried to say theyre US bank???

Person calling was told to call the business number over a matter that involved the business. She called the residence and proceeded to release information about the business that I was not aware of. Since the business is not mine but my husbands, I tried to tell her I wasn't privileged to the information. She continued talking over me and a screaming match ensued. The call was disconnected. The caller called for a second time. I told her not to call back to the residence since it was pertaining to a business matter, yet another screaming match ensued. I told the caller if she called back I would seek legal action.
