this # sent a text to my sister's phone* re me having to pay a delinquent account with AFFIRM for merchant Interview Kickstart(IK). This account has been settled (and in fact I disputed this since May 2024 since they failed to acknowledge my cancellation request within 2 days. I have a complete email and phone records of this reuqest abs was adviced to sue -- I was nice enoigh to allow the merchant to resolve this since I was on medical leave right after this dispute and only had time ti revisit this issue now. Adverting a potential lawsuit that would have cost AFFIRM 2x the amount that they claim I owed them and both AFFIRM and Merchant beng heavily fined for faiure to observe the right of rescinsion of contracts in CA. I am a senior citizen ..that right of rescision should even be 5 days. I refuse to be railroaded by this team of funders and fast-talking sales business partners wo don't disclose all the mine fields they have abd trap people into contracts withoit allowing enough time to review what consumers are getting. I only waited for them since it would cotsme a lot paperwork to file the complaint at teh federal level and the state instead of paying Attorney's fees who said it will take 1 yr to baby sit. So the most amicable way worked -- instantly (the 6 delinquencies disappeared in my credit report in less than a month in the 3 credit bureaus).. ButI know AFFIRM did put this into a collection agency ,,one man drove by my house one day and was shouting in front of the house. So I suspect this is the same person. He is also tapping information illegally -- access my tmobile account --that's the only place where my sister's phone# shows as related since we joined accounts to get a discount). Anyway if we he persists I will be forced to pay atty's fees to stop all these.
