Trying to find out who she's talking to

This number called and left me a voicemail saying they were trying to serve me papers but didn't say for what and used my maiden name. Then they called my JOB and was threatening to show up here with papers to take me to small claims court and garnish my wages over a credit card debt for a credit card that I've never had!!

This is not the person who owns this phone

Fraudulent number purchased on someone elses acct

I did not answer so I don't know what she wanted.

They have called my home daily for a week, despite me asking them to remove me from call list. I block their #, but they just use another one.
