This number is from a collection agency called MedConn. They were unbelievably rude, insulting, harrassing, and very unprofessioal. I was trying to set up a payment arrangement and was told that my "raggity self is not worth his time" and he hung up on me. I called back, asking to speak to a supervisor and was told that "no one here wants to speak with you, they just dont need that" Not once did i raise my voice, or insult him in any way. I was honestly trying to set up an arrangement to pay the debt. He told me that unless i could pay TODAY, that I am wasting his time. I could hear them laughing at me in the background, and kept getting transferred to someone else just as insulting as the first. No one could give me a supervisor, but eventually i ended up talking to someone who was able to set up a payment arrangement- she was equally as rude, but at least she accepted the arrangement. That is all I was trying to do in the first place. Of all fields of business, the medical one is not one i would have expected to hire a company as unprofessional as this one to deal with their patients.
