(862) 212 in Orange, NJ

This number belonged to my mother's mom and she lost phone year ago and never disconnected it.

Rude- unwanted call would not even say who they were with

Phone number called, I answered and heard noise in the background & I said Hello 2 times and no one said a word. I then hung up. I tried to call the number right back and it said the number has been disconnected. Some kind of spam/spoof call.
