Has been contacting me on WhatsApp I am kind of weird says come visit me Im in California the fuck the phone shows in Dover New York

Has called every known number I am registered to from WORK (CANT BLOCK), CELL (now blocked), HOME(soft block) , HUSBANDs CELL (now blocked). Tried to call back immediately, hours later, days later and with a blocked number and not even a voicemail automated or personal comes up. BUT it seems like this person knows us, as with every BLOCK , a call to another registered DEVICE (with a different number) was called. When picked up - things are said that are incoherent but seems lewd in nature. HOW CAN WE STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING WHEN WE DONT EVEN KNOW whos registered to this number ! And I just paid SPOKEO that said theres RESULTS... but theres not INFO once paid. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and money taken without results!!!!!!!!!!!! MISLEADING SITE
