This number belongs to Cross Country and represents Liberty Mutual.. Miguel was the name he used and he was the RUDEST person I have ever spoken to on a telephone!!!! He called 14 times, back to back when he reached a voice mail for the department he was calling for, He yelled at me and said he would keep calling until someone talked to him, keep in mind these calls all came in a 10 minute window during lunch hours.. I told him that he would HAVE to leave a message for a call back.. He continued to call 3 more times and finally hung up. This is NO way to do business! I wanted to publicly post my complaint with him so if any other unfortunate people have to deal with this miserable human being they will know he is just a NASTY person, period! I will also be making a complaint to his company since all of our business calls are recorded anyway!
