Harassment towards me saying rude things

It's my husband's phone, and he's a trucker so I like to peep In on him sometimes.

This caller sent messages disrespecful by using my full name and threats making me feel that is following me. I reported as junk and blocked the number. Next day used a different number with hi as greeting and a photo which might be found in social media. I work for a state high education institution. This is very scary.
