This number is Legit, this number is Collection department, if you go to the branch, ask for this number please tell the branch representative to open Eureka and search for early collection. Then this number will appear. I don't get the fact that people or customer always say that this number is a scam number when this number is used by keybank couple of years ago until now. If you still won't believe me then it's no my problem anymore.

Been getting these calls on my cell phone - about 1 every few weeks. Always shows as KEYBANK - I ignore the calls because the first time I answered she was surprised first of all that I answered, then she said she was with a different company. It was hard to understand her, but once I realized it was NOT Keybank, I hung up. I should call Keybank and report this.

Ongoing scam - caller identifies as Key Bank. I have verified and confirmed (via direct call to Key Bank). Key Bank has alos verified that this number is NOT one of their numbers.

I just got a letter in mail that she owes 269.44 they said to call to discuss alternative solutions.

They wanted to get information didn't talk to them.

This number keeps calling stating they are Keybank and asked for my part of my social. I would not provide it and I hung up.

I am not sure what they wanted because I saw it was a telephone number I wasn't familiar with so I did not answer it.

Scam asks for key bank information

Keep getting calls stating that they are with key bank. Checked with key bank and they don't see any problems and say to ignore the calls

This number called my employer saying they was with Equafax on behave of my mortgage company and wanted to verify employment but, yet hung up when they was asked to hold. Also reference # is 1234520??? I know Equafax had been hacked when I applied for a loan
