This is the phone number for FIS online bank bill payment research. If you made an online bill payment and it didn't post, posted later than expected, posted for an incorrect dollar amount, or any number of other issues, this is the research department trying to assist. Any voicemail left should include a 9 digit reference number that they will ask for when you call. If you don't believe me- call your bank and confirm with them and/or obtain the research reference number.

Garbled message and very hard to understand asking I call back regarding VA benefits. Also this number does not match any of the numbers given to me by the VA. When calling the VA directly they could not confirm that this was one of their numbers.

SCAMMERS DONT ANSWER!!! This is not from the DOD do not fall for it.

Trying to find out if it belongs to VA dept

I also received a call from this number and the first thing they asked if I was covred by VA medical insurance and then they asked for my full Social Security number. All other VA contacts always asked only for the last four digits.

This is a legit toll free number for VA

Received a call from the above number claiming to be from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Received the call on a Saturday morning. I believe this is a scam.

I listened to the message left for me, could not understand what organization caller claimed to represent, but stated that it was in response to my inquiry (which I did not make) and told me to call with a 'reference number" between 9-5 for a conference call.

person named Steven called and said he was from Teachers Federal Credit Union and they wanted me to call this number to answer an inquiry which I never made. I did not answer the phone and then listened to message. The number came from 602-123-4567 and told us to call 866-400-6972. It is a scam to try to get us to call back a telemarketer.
