Threatening debt collector

This number keeps calling and saying there us a summons against my husband

BEWARE! Caller made a bogus accusation of bad check passing and threatened felony prosecution unless we agreed today to pay more than $1,000in "restitution.". Used phony names for both his own company and alleged creditor. Local police confirm that this is a well-known scam technique.

YOU CANT BELEAVE THESE SITES, IF YOU NOTICE NO ONE SAY WHY THERE WERE CALLED, OR WHAT THE CLAIM IS, ITS ALWAYS WHAT THE REP SAID TO THEM, ALOT OF THINGS A PERSON CAN DO THAT LEGAL ACTION CAN BE USED LIKE, WRITING A BAD CHECK, OR DOING FRAUD LIKE THINGS, PLEASE SOME BODY TELL WHY THEY GOT A CALL, AND THEM THE PEOPLE CAN JUDGE OR HAVE THE WHOLE STORY AND MAKE A BETTER JUDGEMENT CALL ON YOUR COMPLAINT!!!!!

Has called several times. I called back told me I owed on a debt they have me on camera and I could be prosecuted up to 1-2 years , Once I told them I would contact my lawyer he got very very anger and annoyed and told me he would process this throught the courts

I don't know who this is but keep getting calls from it. they need to identify
