Charge appears as AT&T AT&T 8666083007 ... when called they claim to be in the att pre paid department and can not look up my info without the cc #, not even my phone number. When they claim to forward me to higher, they just reroute me to att mobile services. My bank says they are pulling directly from my account number and i need to get a new one

fraud bills cc as att prepaid service which is not a real charge from you. but your getting billed for it as if it were. its fraudulant stealing your money . report it to your cc fraud dept. and they will help you.

Calls every day sometimes twice a day

These "people" have someone gotten ahold of my Macy's credit card, although I have not spoken with them personally. On my credit card, the charge appears as "AT&T, and $50.09 is charged to me on the 29th of each month. (Sept and Oct. so far.) I tried to call Macy's - if you have ever done that, you need an interpreter to understand them, and she told me to call AT&T; AT&T is not the problem; AT&T is the BILL this fradulent company is paying; they are hacking my credit card to pay someone's debt, which is NOT mine. I do not know how to stop this - this woman said they would issue me a new credit card; but if they so easily got this credit card, I don't know what will prevent them from getting my new credit card. Who do you contact in situations like this? I called the number on my CC statement, and it was nothing but recordings.

This guy had a accent and wanted me to verify my information. When I told him how about you tell me and I will tell you if you are right and all he told me was the road and wanted me to tell him the rest. Not happening!!! Our government was just hacked with millions of peoples address and social security numbers I am not giving it out any more than they have. Our government is big on the presidents info not getting out why don't they protect the American people the same? I am tiered of all these non Americans scamming the hard working legal American people.

Calls daily claiming to be a debt collector. Mispronounce my name on the recording. Sometimes call twice a day. I refuse to answer.
