Stated from Microsoft and someone was trying to hack my e-mail. Wanted password.

The representative for this company, represented himself as a Microsoft employee, who had been told that my computer software had malicious software and that he would help me remove it. In exchange, if it did not work, I would get a new computer to use, for a year, with supporting technical help. I tried to call them back and could not get through. I also tried to contact Microsoft, and will probably email them the information, so that, hopefully, they can take steps.

same complaint- my computer is being compromised by spyware, Microsoft computers. Did not identify themselves.

Called saying my computer was compromised and wanted access.

They called with a private caller number and told me that they had a satellite system that monitored all Microsoft computers. They said my computer was being compromised as we speak. Terrible phone reception and English was not their primary language

Received a call on 11/16. According to a search of phone calls I received that day, this call showed as "No Telephone Number." It was the same old scam..."Your computer is sending our computer error messages," blah, blah, blah. The caller was asked to identify herself, and the name of her supervisor. She was then asked for the name of the business, which she called "Support Plaza.com", and she claimed that the business was "certified" by Microsoft. When asked for a phone number, this was the number she provided. When asked for a business address, she gave a website address. When asked for a physical address, so that I could send a letter via the US Postal service, she hung up.

Continue to call after I said that person does not live here. Got smart with me and called me ignorant.

They have called me several times. I say hello, wait a few seconds and they hang up on me. My caller ID says: NW Check Processing. Have also received calls from them under a different phone number.

Did not leave a message just sighed and hung up I do not have any business with this number.
