Getting answering machine call for a person not at this address... it is a long distance call to contact them and let them know they have the wrong person... probably their way to get someone on the phone to sell their wares or something

keeps calling saying this is a derious matter filed with there office

Guy keeps calling me from a number inside my area code telling me to call this number and trying to give me a case number. I keep asking him this is about and he says he doesnt know that he is just a third party that was hired to get in contact with me. I asked him to stop calling me if he cant tell me what this is in relation to and that Im not calling anyone and he called me back 11 times yesterday after that and even left 2 voicemails telling me he will not stop calling me back until I call the number. He was stupid enough to leave it on my voice mail and it has been turned over to the state police for aggrevated harassment. Can't wait to find out what happens next and who this dirtball is. I'm assuming is has something to do with debt as I claimed bankruptcy 2 years ago, but have been cleared of all debt but student loans which I am paying and owe nobody anthing.

Someone calling themselves Jarrett McCain, from UNITED MEDIATIONS FIRM, CALIFORNIA, has been calling my job, and my HR Department, threatening to "serve" me with "papers" if I don't make "arrangements" with them to pay an "alleged" ONLINE pay day loan of 1278.02. They won’t give you any information or a physical address, yet, they as you to “confirm” all of your personal information; they have and readily read out to you for so called “confirmation”. They give a fake “reference number” regarding your account. They also ask for payment information, a credit card number to “settle” your so-called “account” with them. DON’T DO IT! DON’T GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. When you REFUSE to give them any personal, or credit card information, then the person on the other end says…”Okay then, Good Luck”. They are trying to “SCAM” you out of money. They claim to represent First Bank of Delaware. When we called the FBI's Internet Crimes Unit (877) 438-4338, and The Consumer Rights Law Firm (877) 700-5790, both agencies Googled (United Mediations Firm - (866) 924-9418), and found both the number and the company, to be a big SCAM!
