Say they are at your financial Institution in my case State Employees Credit Union. Please mention when you call that this is in reference to your Visa. I looked it up first and as I expected, fake call trying to get my information. Sounded as if had a India accent and could not understand the name.

Some one in Canada made a purchase for something on my ebay account. PayPal openned a case on me stating that I sold something to a person & money was taken from his bank account and he never ordered anything. So the Identity thieves are at it again.. They took money out of this guy's account and blamed it on me. Claiming that I was the seller and this guy was the buyer but funny thing is I have never sold anything on ebay. I've always been a buyer not a seller. So I look at my bank statement and I have a Charge on my bank account in the same amount as the other guy's. I was also charged a fee because this transaction occurred in Canada and there was a processing fee added to this transaction. My statement listed EBay some account numbers and this phone number. I didn't want to call that number but I did run That number through my app which immediately listed that number as extreme high risk For fraud. Now I have to provide PayPal With my bank statement & a photo ID to prove my innocence. My question is; why doesn't PayPal and eBay have the same app this same app I do PayPal and eBay have the same app I do? They should be researching these Identity theft and scam cases themselves. After all these creeps are scamming us in their name. using PayPal's & ebay's since the bad guy are hiding behind their names.it's their Name that these thievesreputation their reputation that is being used innocent bank statements and all the information that I came up with to PayPal to clear myself myself from something II am innocent of. Also PayPal has given me a 24 hr deadline In which I have to get my bank statements & a copy of my photo ID to them or else. Called stating there was fraud concerning my account and asked to call them back. i thought it was fishy as I had received a noticed about Norton Life Lock a few days earlier and would never buy Norton Anti-Virus.

When I cal.ed back his tel. # no longer in service. He ran away with my money. Ebay should be aware of this scam. I need my money back.
