I have been harassed by these people for the past 3 years. I have asked them to remove my number, but they refuse to do so. They have even used fowl language to me. I am so sick of these calls. They have already called me 3 times today. 8: 16 am, 10:12 am, and 11:40 am. I just got 2 more calls from e-solve 1: 10 pm and 1: 23 pm. Just got the guys names Charles Anderson, Ross Bafgupta, and Logan Smith. Please tell me how that I can sue this company. Even the do not call list doesn't work.

A few years ago this telemarketer said they worked for Microsoft and I purchased a system or routine . I bought new computer and told them I didn't want to be contacted by them. they call me almost every day, I tell them to take my number off there list.
