Claiming to be looking for someone i use to know. Saying they will come to my address to look for said person

This person wanted to do a remote session and it didn't go through.

stating they noted fraudulent information on my account. I joined LifeLock years ago and now they are deducting the fee from my husband's account under his name???

I have a charge on my credit card for 29.99 for Norton. I did not authorize. I will be calling the website phone number for Norton to see if they are affiliated with this phone number.

I have norton but wanted to switch after my subscription ended in Jan. I the. Went into my acct. details and made double sure my auto renewal fee was NOT CHECKED. A few days later I was looking at my bank record and noticed that Norton, adware, and Microsoft Office 365 had all three renewed on the same day. To the tune of $105.50 (Norton), $69.95 (Office 365), and $39.95 (Ad aware) for a total of $215.93 within only a couple of days. I finally got hold of Norton and got them to take off. Off 50% to $55 or so, partly cuz I thought it would be that or nothing, and the lady helping me was a genuine sweetheart. So I kept the same services I'd had to begin with the other two charges I'll change my card number for. Next year I'll be ready for. And I'll never use norton again as I had no auto renewal unchecked and I know it! This is bad business and is getting way too common!!!

I did not sign up for Norton. My credit charge is on my credit card bill, for $99.99, as of 08/08/2017.

Received a credit charge on my account for 99.99 on 08-09-17. Have not used Norton for the last three years on an old computer. would like to see resolved before I contact fraud division at my bank. Thank You.
