this is gigits a big scam

Received a text from this number asking me to call in response to an employment ad I'd answered.

Wanting to know who this number belongs to and why they are calling me.

according to these people my brother signed up for this. He did not own a computer nor a home phone. He was in and out of hospital since January. He died on April 27,2014. These people could not tell me when or what was ordered.. He never received any magazines.

the person calling me is charles clay or clayton he stated he is filing a summons for a civil action against my old man. They said to have 2 forms of id when they come to his house or place of employment and that a member of security or a superviosr would have to sign for him also. He stated if he does not do this he could be considered missing a court date and a warrant would go out for him. Then he states if i have questions to call877 4188784. He left an hsbc file number . I called and then a paralegal James boyle vml came on , it stated bsi and james boyle name. I left a vml informing them that i am going to the ftc for threatening for a civil action with coming to homes, place of employment and a warrant. From what i understood was the process servers use the element of surprise. Why would they call and leave a million vmls everyday. Why was the debt info not mailed to the home of the debtor. Creepy. My husband has good credit and i think that something stinks in Denmark. I left a voicemail for both numbers and stated i am going to the ftc and that they are going against fdcpa laws with the threats they are giving

Constantly calls me everyday asking for someone that does not reside at this phone#. Told them15times not to call again &they still continue to harass me everyday & threatens to come to my house. I am a senior and in poor health. What can I do or who can I speak with to put in a complaint about this company

Some joker saying that they are trying to collect a debt and someone will be coming to the house in 24 hours

I was debited by MBR rewards of the above phone number. Who are they? Fraud?

This is a bogus number that offers you an application to a job and then asks you to call them for a phone interview.

This number keeps calling my phone and they are leaving a message saying they are from the legal system and I have a debt to pay. The number continues to threaten me and leave crazy messages on my phone.
