Caller said that she was with Alliance One and she was calling because I have an unpaid balance on my Capital One credit card account. First of all, I do not have any delinquent credit cards. Second, she asked me to verify my address, which I didn't of course. Third, I asked her how she got my phone number, and if I was delinquent on my credit card, why hasn't Capital One tried calling me. She said she couldn't discuss this with me until I verified my address. Anyway, long story short, I just hung up on her. Someone please do something about these people!!!

Same as other complaints, continuous calls, let answering maching get it, no message just hang up. I'm also on Do Not Call list which doesn't do any good because there is no enforcement.

trying to rush a decision from me. what i have read, this is a scam and I am glad I didn't give any account numbers or phone numbers to banks

This number calls several times a day. We are on no call list. We don't answer and it goes to answering machine and they say hello and ask for Mr or Mrs. It is very annoying.

Keep calling even tho we are on the no call list

Told Ashley I was on the no call list. Please don't call again. I told her i was going to report and she said "go ahead and report it would do not good"
