This is definitely a phishing attack. I got the same call as mentioned here, Just hang up and block it.

Similar to recent comments - got multiple aggressive calls. Ignored most of them and finally picked one up and they said multiple firearm purchases were made on a credit card under my name at BoA that was opened a month ago. I have 0 accounts at BoA/Merrill Lynch and have never had any association, so obviously false and I told them so. I hung up and they continued to call over and over again before I blocked the number.

told there were suspicious BoA credit card transactions and wanted to verify with me some information. I DON'T have a BOA credit. I knew immediately it is a scam.

say someone stole my information and apply a credit card from BOA, and bought 7 fire arms lol

Called me and said I recently opened a red card from bank of america and tried to purchase 6 firearms. I just hung up. Sounded fishy and suspicious.

They claim I made a charge on a credit card that I don't own. They wanted to transfer me to the security center to get this handled. I asked for the number to call myself and she answered with "here's the thing our security center doesn't have a direct line..." and I hung up.

Claiming to be from Bank of America and that I made a suspicious transaction with my Red Card. I don't bank with BofA.

Calls on occasion from this #. No message left. Caller ID says ncirm. Don't know if legit.

JUST ASKED FOR A CALL BACK. NO EXPLANATION OF REASON FOR CALL
