they keep calling our business daily

This company will come in and buy your distressed property at a price that is WAY UNDERVALUED, give it a quick and cheap coat of paint, and flip it at an inflated price. It is run by a 27 year old kid who's daddy is a real estate salesman in a 2-man business. The kid's previous business was equally ambitious, named "Nationwide Real Estate Solutions". Not kidding about that name...now forfeited by the California tax bureau. Oh yes, the kid is also a would-be actor. FYI: the company is named after the kid's middle name: Derek Warren Davies. The company is 3 years old, not 30 years as misrepresented in their advertising. Also breaking California real estate law by misrepresenting buyer/broker relationship.

number called my place of business. and left a phone number and a file number for a litigation complaint. I called back and only gave the file number and was connected to a Diana Garcia... in the litigation dept. she stated that I had a court date on june 28th. she would not tell me where or why... she then came back on the line and asked for my date of birth and last four of social... I gave date of birth but not social and she stated that the records did not match.. and she would remove me from the records. she stated that the person she was looking for had a different DOB

Son's ex-girlfriend in Dallas, Tx received a call from FBF @ this number inquiring contact information about me. I receive numerous calls from "private" caller," "unknown" callers but no messages are left. The caller told the Ex she was left as a reference but that is a total lie. The Ex was never used as a reference.

I've been getting unsolicited phone calls from a person name Anna. I asked my number be removed from their database a wk ago. However, I got a called again a week later with the phone number above. When I ask what company is this for and they said 10 companies and mention litigation. Again I ask the receptionist to remove my phone number since I've been getting calls on my work/emergency phone number for another person. I asked to speak to someone who can tell me how they even got my number (I was placed on hold for a few minutes) and a business name address so I can get my lawyer to contact their lawyers. No one answer and the line dropped.

Scare tactic used. This unknown caller left a message that a complaint had been filed against us and we should call this number for the legal dept. We do not have any legal issues.
