Same as everyone else. A "personal locator" Natalie Martinez from the office of Christian Harper with threats to have me served in district court. They don't even have my married name and I've been married over five years. It's a desperate stretch on their part to collect an extremely old debt about to fall beyond 7 years, making it no longer collectable. Keep getting the same "call in 24 hours or else" message.

Lying debt collector. Saying they'll file in district court if I don't call back within 24 hours. Been getting this message for months. Threats to serve me at home or place of employment.Lies, lies, lies! The "office" isn't even listed.

Calling everyday morning noon and night very idd hours

Clara potts. Says she works for DA's office and you owe a debt. If you dont pay now, she will have sheriff come pick you up to spend time in jail. Your kids will go to foster homes and you have already had your liscense revoked. And if you hang up or get disconnected she will have sheriff come pick you up. So you must stay on the phone. Checked all this out and it is a fraud. None of it is true. She threatens you and scares you so you will pay, but DON'T!!

This lady called from this number said she was calling from Landmark Locator Services saying she was looking for my brother for a bad check case. Said the police were coming out to arrest him. Getting me all upset when I'm not in good health anyway for no reason. Because you can't arrest someone over a loan. He talked to his estranged wife who worked for a collection service so she knew about their phony tactics. I think these people should lose their position who do stuff like this. Her name was Clara and I want her fired.

An unknown caller - is relentlessly calling every day

The person calling claims to be a collection agent. When asked whom to call, he says call 18777890653 and ask for extension 176, the Legal Department. When that number is called and the legal dept. requested, the same person answers. He says that a check fraud complain is about to be made unless a payment of $350 is made. The woman's voice, a recording, that answers asks for an extension after stating that "You have reached Creditor"
