How do I get these creeps to stop calling me????!!!!!

its a scam .. saying its the us embassy . they prey on older people

scam. calls numerous times. annoying.

they keep calling me 30 x a day acting like they are some kind of a legal service

Foreign guy cant understand everything he says, what I can understand is that I need to contact a lawyer and have that lawyer contact him. Something about a pay day loan. He called my work and told the person on the phone that I had committed some horrible crime .....

This guy calls me requesting my attorney's information right of the bat. He doesn't collect my name or any other information about me. I ask him who he is and why I need an attorney and he says that I took out a loan and there is a law suit pending against me. I just happened to be paying my bills at the time of the call and asked him when this loan was supposedly deposited into my bank account. He couldn't give me an exact date, weird, and says sometime in May or June. I go back to my statements for those months and I didn't receive any money. I told him that there was no record of any money being deposited into my account and I never applied for a loan and then he asked me for my information. I advised him that I was not going to give him my social security number until he could give me details of what this was about and he said that I would have to motion for that information in court. The he said "God Bless your day" and hung up on me. If that's not a bunch of fraud I don't know what is.
