Keeps calling day after day. Very annoying.

Constantly calling me saying they are reps from Dell, "that there is a red flag on their end".

this company or group of people are calling dell computer users and trying to get them to give info to them through remote access to our computers. they say they are from Microsoft and that you have trouble with your computer(virus or whatnot) they say they will fix it if you give them money and let them into your computer remotely. when I told them I only deal with dell they got mad and tried to tell me that only they can fix the (internal) problem. they have called me at least 11 times and my daughter at least 4 times.

Unwanted calls

Called and stated that I have a problem with an existing computer,which I do not own anymore,using the old computer's ID numbers to draw me in.Scammers stated that I had an infection within my computer called "Koobface".Showed me the existence of the virus on Wikipedia.Said they represented Windows.I called my local computer store and they said Windows does not call persons with the Windows programs.SCAM!!!!!They wanted to "fix" my computer for $199.00.I had heard enough and hung up.
