I have a 29.95 payout fromy checking account that I did not authorize. Do not even remember talking to anyone at this number. Just want to find out who the number belongs to as I get no answer when I call.

Called saying business office of. Called back looking for patient number is on the recording. Man answered saying this is Andrew may I have your patient number. I said I don't have that and he hung up

These people still call even when you are on the National Do Not Call list.

These people keep calling us and do not leave a message, now I find out its a telemarketer. They call about 5 times a week. Someone needs to do something about them.
