I googled Cibor ItalianTV, I needed help retrieving all my lost channels. With my purchase, They did not provide me a phone number to call, in case of a problem. I got a message on on my PC, coming from Roku, asking if I needed help, and my phone number followed by, "can I call you now?" I said yes, so he called me back right away. He started by saying no problem then offered to sale me for $69.99. to cover my service for 6 months. At this point I lost it. I had bought my device only 3 months ago, so I said no, I was suppose to have some kind of warranty. I yelled at him and told him the conversation was ending at that moment. He tried to give me a discount. I just hung up the phone. Now I'm receiving calls on my cell, the caller ID shows Roku Link and when I answer there's a recording stating that, that phone number doesn't take any more calls. P.S. When I tried to retrieving my channels back, it shows a message that Roku will not charge for activation or support.

They call constantly. Never ending.

Caller calls my cell and hangs up.

Calls every day. Doesn't leave messages. When my wife answers, they ask for me. If I'm not home they hang up.
