Scamming/stalking unwanted texts

I don't no who it is. But they should of said there name and what they needed

these people keep calling me saying they are takeing me to court

this company has called and verbally abused everyone in our household. A rude and obnoxious ******* by the name of Bill Rayez called my son a douchebag, and said he had looked us up on facebook.. This is pure harrassment and this company tries to act like they are calling from a law firm. I am sure he was calling from a 1 room office, in the slums of california. By the conversation it is obvious he has no education and tries to prove to the world that he is a man through a phoneline.
