Called my number and said my name, without me knowing them; safety issue

I got an email invoice from bdantivirus.com for $378.95. The 909-600-6848 number is listed as the toll-free number to call to get a refund. Since they are presenting themselves as a business with a toll-free number that is a local exchange for Los Angeles, I thought I would report them. Especially since I never heard of them, didn't order from them, and they are submitting an invoice with a number to call to get a refund. They know my email address.
