A message on my iWatch stated that the emergency information was not done downloading to this number and texted my emergency contacts

A "person" named Elizabeth called from this number saying my Student Loan Forgiveness application was about to expire. It sounded like a recorded message. I was told to call (800)343-7217 to give them more information. However when I signed up for the Student Loan Forgiveness it said they would reach out via email. So I assume this is a phishing scam.

I sent this person American express gift cards total of $5,000. This was paid to ship 2 puppies to Polk City, Florida, 33868. They never shipped my puppies after I paid them the $5,000 worth of American express gift cards. What should I do?

I received a life threatening phone call from this number on August 27, 2021, 8:58 am. Told me he was going to put my balls in my mouth. I asked where he was calling from and he said he was calling from Afghanistan.

THIS PHONE CALL IS VIOLATING FFC REGULATION BECAUSE THEY CALL AND IMMEDIATELY HUNGS UP. THAT IS HARASSMENT BECAUSE THEY CALL WITHOUT PERMISSION! Please look into these issue?
