Spam messages about male enhancements

I am beyond annoyed right now, these people habe been calling 4 or 5 times a day for the last week, ranging from 8am - 8:59pm.The guy says his name is Sam and I didn't catch the woman's name. They have very heavy Indian accents. They call to say they are calling from the Home Improvement Network. As soon as I ask anymore questions, they hang up. They are incredibly rude and I am so sick of them calling. They don't just call from this number either. They call from an anonymous number, and some number starting with an area code starting with a 3. They need to be stopped.

I've recieved 4 calls now from this person with a very heavy indian accent. He says his name is Justin and wants to talk to me about home improvement possibilities. The first time i let the phone sit at my desk next to my speaker for over 5 minutes before picking up the phone and he was still on the line and hung up. I found out they may be getting paid for the time they are on a call. The second time he called I actually talked to him and he had my name but the wrong address. I told him he had the wrong person and hung up. I made a connection to the calls to a free gift survey at an event where I provided a very badly written fake address so they wouldn't contact me. The third time he called I informed him i was not a home owner and to please take me off his list. His reply was "You are lying". I got a little angry at this point and told him I would be calling the BBB if he calls again. He gave me some line about not being a salesman and that I couldn't call him in. I just received my 4th call from him. I didn't waste time and instead told him right away I don't own a home and this was the last time I was going to ask him to take me off of his call list. He tried to say something about not being a salesman and that I took a survey. I asked again and told him to please not call anymore or he would be facing a lawsuit. Who do we call or where do we go to file a complaint and get action against these telemarketers?
