The caller said if I didn't call back they were going to contact lawyers. Could barely understand what she was trying to say.

called me left a message to call back about enforcement proceeding in my name. PER another web site this is a IRS SCAM. I could not understand all that she was saying, other than as stated above and I did not return call.

CALLED ME AND HARRASSED ME...SAYING HE WAS FROM A LAWYERS OFFICE...I'M IN A CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY...

I received a phone call from this number saying that they were a law firm in NY. I spoke with a man with an indian accent claiming to be Erick Matthews. He informed me that due to a lack of paying back an online loan with CashPayDay upon repeated efforts made to have me pay them back, Sec9 Ch 19 penal code. He said that tomorrow morning 10:30 AM EST time that the sheriff's department was going to arrest me. He was unwilling to do a three way call with my local sheriff's department. I called the county sheriff's department, they informed me it was not true, I called the U.S. Secret Service and reported it. They now have the number and information on file. I was told the same, it was a scam. Do not even give them the time to speak to you.
