SCAMMMMMMMMM. Stay away, number shows upper Manhattan but when asked of the location they un-willingly give a lower Manhattan address. FRAUD.

Number is being used in ongoing fraud cases involving a Mexican timeshare company called Muchovieje Corporation

I already knew the network. I needed the name of the party, so this was a useless expenditure of $.95.

This same guy is still at this scheme!!! Claiming that the IRS will be filing a law suit. Just put my number back on the do not call list.

I called the police on this guy as he will hurt someone innocent ,Unfortunately he has a NY number but is more than likely in Uganda ..he is trying to get peoples bank account numbers . If you know how to twitter pls do so , I will broadcast on email and request you do the same ...richi .

Mr Marshall as he calls himself has a caribean ,mid east or south Asian ( not from India ) accent . I made out he was preying on people likely to be terrified . When I suggested that this call was being monitored by the police - he quickly hung up . I have no idea how he was going to scam some money - wish I had pretended to be terrified instead .

Caller: This is Officer David Marshall calling you from Tax Crime Investigation Unit of IRS Internal Revenue Service, Reason of my call is to inform you that you have been listed as a primary subject in a case been filed by IRS. So I need you ... This is a Federal Crime of fraud using interstate commerce and pretending to be a representative of the Federal Government. Why hasn't the FBI been able to get this guy behind bars?

The person who has this number cl;aims to be Officer David Marshall from the IRS and claims you owe a tax liability and threatens that he is filing a lawsuit against you unless you contact him.
