A man owns this number not a woman

Indian man called said hello um hi. This is uh uh Al Smith calling with such and such law firm reporting that my ssn was used in a fraud case. Then he said that I need to be transferred to his attorney. So another Indian man came on the line clearly in a call center stating that he was an attorney. When I asked him for his bar number he started getting extremely rude and started telling me that I am going to go to have bad things happen to me. Said that the sheriff and the FBI will be at my door and that I am not going to like what is going to happen to me over a non paid payday loan. Which I have never taken out. He then hung up the phone and I can't get them on the line. Calls at least six times per day!!! This has to stop! I know this isn't true nor am I worried about any law enforcement however this is an extreme form of harassment that is getting out of hand. I have been working in collections for over ten years now and i know what harassment is. There is nothing legal about what these "people" are doing.

Texts over and over for item I have for sale and no other response

I, too, am sick of this call. The same thing has happened to me that has happened to all the others--so much for no call list. It is nauseating that someone has so much control over us. Is there no way to stop these people?

I have had this ANNOYING number call me several times and I do not answer if I don't know who it is; yet they will not leave a message!

I, too, have received multiple calls from this number. I don't answer the call because it costs me air time. Like others, I call it back, but "the mailbox is full". It comes from "card services", a scammer. Being on the "Do Not Call" list, and I'm on all of them, seems to just put my number on more telemarketing lists. The people you talk to, if you stay on the phone long enough, are rude and obnoxious. I keep reporting this to the FCC and get no response. I don't have the money to hire a lawyer. The govt doesn't seem to care. Good luck to all.

I am on the no call list and want this to stop. If it does not then I will file a complaint with the attorney general.

constant cell calls can not leave message, their box is full
