Called and said they had 4 criminal complaints against me and the local "cops" were going to arrest me if I didn't call back

This caller tried to have my grandfather give her $4000 cash by telling him I was being held in jail due to an accident involving a police officer who had been injured.

Someone called me and said they are the IRS.

Unknown, they don't speak when I answer and I can't call back

these people stated that they were the IRS and had a warrant for my arrest because of fraud against my tax returns and wanted to know where i was - total bull crap
