when I answer the call I only hear two beeps and they hang up. it also shows as not even being a real number or area code

I received 4 calls from this number between 3:50 PM & 4:15 PM. Everytime I answered the phone nobody said anything back. Not only was it frustrating to answer the phone when nobody answered back, but also frustrating because I kept getting these calls during work. My phone stays on vibrate but I work in a medical clinic & how is it possible to focus on the patient's problems when I have stupid people calling me anytime they feel like it. My family and friends know what time I get off so I don't have this problem with them throughout the day because they know my hours. Thats how I know whoever kept calling me has no clue who I am and I wish it would stop. I have no clue how these people even got my number to begin with. Its unlisted and I don't just give it out to anybody. Whatever they are paying their employees to call people, they should be paying me for wasting my time.
