Late Last night started texting and asking questions about a house I own

What everyone else is saying below. He texts me at 5 am, there's obviously a time zone difference. He told me he's the CEO of RRI. He also said he's from NYC, but in fact his area code is TX. He inquired about a $65 Million home and that he will be paying in cash. RED FLAG

Numerous texts misrepresenting himself as a homebuyer looking for $100million dollar homes

This person texted several times saying hello and asking ho Iw so was doing. When I asked who they were they said his name was Mitch and he wAs inquiring about properties In Preston Hollow/ Dallas. When I told the person he had the wrong number they continued to ask for my name and tried to continue the conversation. It was very strange and uncomfortable and this went on for a few months time.

The person pretends to be a buyer of high end properties. Asks about brochures and detailed information on the properties. Very strange. does not talk in person, prefers to text. Does not provide the name.
